Students attending the Muskoka Youth Summit are asked to meet Mrs. Schandlen at the Front Doors of the school immediately following these announcements.

Last week at improv – Leeches in a Can! A hobo with a broken toe! Who gave a backscratcher to this man with no arms? Cupcakes in space! A salad musical? C’MON DAD! WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH ALL THESE LETTERS ABOUT MILK! Come find out what the headlines are at today’s improv session today at lunch in the drama room.

What do all these things have in common: a hippo who has overstayed his welcome in your swimming pool, a superhero with lasers for eyes, OUT-OF-CONTROL magic fingers, and a guy named Stu who’s actually just a giant pot of Stew? These are all things that have happened at the Canadian Improv Games! And who knows, they could happen again this Saturday. Except, you know, that’d be bad improv. Anyway, point is that there are TWO improv shows this Saturday right here at Gravenhurst High School. One $10 ticket gets you into both shows. At 1PM, Team Beannie faces off against Huntsville and Bracebridge and then at 7PM, team Snozberry Muffin takes on Rosseau Lake and Bracebridge. See you this Saturday for some IMPROV MAAAAAAADNESS!

Lost and found has been placed on the stage in the Cafeteria.  If you are missing anything go check and see if it’s there during one of your breaks

Attention to all student needing volunteer hours.

The Gravenhurst Supper club, which is held each Thursday at the Trinity United Church, is looking for student volunteers to assist with set up each Thursday evening.  Your time is required from 6PM to approximately 7PM each Thursday.  If you are interested in this opportunity, please see Ms. Schandlen or Ms. Sargent for more information.
