Listen up grade 12s!  Have you applied to college or university yet??  Deadlines will be fast approaching in the new year – get your applications done before the holidays begin!  Please see Ms. Humphries if you need any support.

Are you in grade 11 or 12?  Are you interested in pursuing a trade?  Georgian College is hosting a Skilled Trades Day next Tuesday to help high school students learn more about careers in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and more!  This is your last chance to sign up! Please speak to Ms. Humphries ASAP if you are interested in participating.

Are you interested in travelling?  Are you in grade 10 or 11? Then the Rotary Youth Exchange might just be the thing for you!  Come out to the T at lunch today to learn more or see Ms. Humphries in guidance.

Roll twenty.  As you walk into the walled compound you see that everything has been turned upside down and scattered about.  In the middle of the room a pack of wild dogs are tearing something to pieces…what do you do?  D and D is happening in room 215 today at lunch.  Roll twenties.

Semi formal is tonight at the ‘Y’ starting at 7pm!  If you still want to buy a ticket they will be on sale at the ‘T’ at lunch.  If you have any questions or concerns come to the ‘T’ then as well. Hope to see you there!

From the Sports Desk:

Due to the snow day yesterday, the basketball and volleyball games have been rescheduled to Tuesday, Dec 17th.  Volleyball players – senior team will practice Monday from 3:30 – 4:30 and the Novice team from 4:30 – 5:30. If you have conflicts with practice times, please see Mrs. Clarke.  Basketball players – your practice will be Monday morning at 7:15.

A reminder to all junior boys’ basketball players of your tournament today at BML.  Please meet at the front of the school at 11:45 to day ready to go with your permission form.  Please see Ms. Humphries ASAP if you have a parent or guardian who can drive.
