After a successful first year of participation in the Food4Kids program, Gravenhurst High School has again been given the opportunity to work with the organization which provides nutritious food to students in the form of groceries. The bags full of groceries are not labelled (except for the allergy bags) and are discreetly distributed to students in the program through guidance or the main office on Fridays.
Examples of items contained in the bags are granola bars, carrots, milk and pasta, but items will vary each week.
If you are interested in having your student participate in this program, please let the main office know as soon as possible. A registration form will be sent home with your student where you can indicate any allergies.
